Suitcase Squat

Squat with weight on one side only. Challenges core to stay upright while working legs.

Instructions

  • Hold dumbbell in one hand at side.
  • Squat down normally.
  • Resist leaning towards the weight.
  • Keep chest up and shoulders level.
  • Stand back up.
