Hip Up + DB Chest Press

Press from a bridge position to engage glutes and decline angle for chest.

Instructions

  • Lie on floor, knees bent, hips lifted (bridge).
  • Perform chest press while holding bridge.
  • Squeeze glutes constantly.
  • Lower elbows to floor.
  • Press to lockout.
