Hip Up + DB Chest Press
Press from a bridge position to engage glutes and decline angle for chest.
Instructions
- Lie on floor, knees bent, hips lifted (bridge).
- Perform chest press while holding bridge.
- Squeeze glutes constantly.
- Lower elbows to floor.
- Press to lockout.
