Straight Arm Reverse Fly

Strict isolation for the rear delts. Long lever arm means light weight is needed.

Instructions

  • Hinge forward.
  • Keep arms completely straight (no bend).
  • Raise arms back and out.
  • Focus on rear shoulder.
  • Lower slowly.

  • Bending elbows (cheating)
  • Using momentum
