Kneeling Pushup

Instructions
- Kneel on the floor with knees hip-width apart and ankles crossed or flat.
- Place hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Maintain a straight line from knees through hips to shoulders.
- Lower your chest toward the floor by bending elbows to ~90 degrees.
- Push forcefully through your palms to return to starting position.
Common Mistakes
- Sagging hips / lower back arching
- Elbows flared out to 90 degrees
- Incomplete range of motion / short reps
- Head dipping toward floor before chest
