Instructions

  • Lie on back, knees bent, feet flat.
  • Arms at 90 degrees (cactus), backs of hands on floor.
  • Slide arms overhead until they touch.
  • Keep low back, elbows, and wrists grounded.
  • Slide back down to ribs.

Common Mistakes
