Fast-paced hip hinge movement. Mimics skiing motion with dumbbells.

Instructions

  • Feet hip-width.
  • Swing weights back past hips.
  • Snap hips forward to swing weights to shoulder height.
  • Keep arms straight/fluid.
  • Focus on fast rhythm.
