Open up tight hips from sitting all day. Ensure you're stretching the hip, not the back.

Instructions

  • Kneel on one knee (90-90 position).
  • Squeeze glute of kneeling leg.
  • Push hips slightly forward.
  • Keep torso upright.
  • Hold.
